Maintenance is a critical issue in the rental business. Utilities are also part of your operating costs. A good maintenance policy is required to keep costs down and protect your assets. FLOORING

Flooring is a constant maintenance issue. Different landlords prefer different materials. The most common are:

Hardwood planks

Hardwood parquet

Vinyl tiles

Vinyl sheeting

Linoleum

Laminate flooring

Ceramic

Carpeting

Floating vinyl sheet.

The last product is fairly new on the market. It is available in wood look and is often mistaken for laminate or actual hardwood.
